Frenzy is currently looking for 2 caster DPS (for the record: hunters do no count as caster DPS):

For the first spot we require:

• Mage (any spec)

For the second spot we are open to the following class/specs (in order of preference):

• Balance druid with either restoration or feral (tank) offspec
• Warlock
• Shadow priest
• Elemental shaman

Due to the need of particular class/spec combinations we expect exceptional performance from any shadow priest/elemental shaman applicants if we are to include either in our raid team.

As a raider in Frenzy you are expected to have excellent spatial awareness and perform equally well on nuke fights, add fights as well as high movement fights (and master several DPS specs if it means better performance on particular fights). If you can't shift your ass to soak Ice Lances on heroic Hagara or move out of Blade Rush on heroic Warmaster Blackhorn you won't last long in Frenzy. The same holds true if you can not keep up your DPS under pressure from any of the previously mentioned conditions.

Apart from the feral tank offspec we do not have any particular requirements to gear, as long as you can pull your own weight (i.e. keep up with our current raiders). Having said that it will not improve your chances if you are wearing blue gear, when ilvl 384+ epics are so readily available from LFR, Valor Points and crafting.
