Attempting to complete quest Battle Helm of the Thunder King however i cannot interact with the helm.

Our Development team are aware of issues currently preventing some players from being able to complete the quest 'Battle Helm of the Thunder King' and are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and have sent your character an in-game mail with the quest item attached. If you abandoned your quest since submitting your petition simply visit Zhi the Harmonious in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and re-start the quest, you should be immediately able to complete your quest and continue.

It is like that for a week or so now.

Patch 5.0.5 Hotfixes - October 12
- The event related to the quest "Battle Helm of the Thunder King" should now reset properly.

I last try the quest at October 15, it didn't work. Yes I abandon and retake the quest. I guess I will open a ticket also.

Raising a ticket worked for me. I got the helm Q item in the mail. The following Qs seem to work fine.
