I think you will find that is your Pleasure cave..  Azshara, Gallywix Pleasure Palace, Upstairs in the Master Suite, where all the Ballers Roll.. apparently ok where have Blizz been Lazy with their skins? I've cropped this to make it a bit of a challenge if you don't already know it:
