Blizzard does not support case-sensitive passwords?!?!

 Blizzard does not support case-sensitive passwords?!?! Someone post a bug report that he was able to log into D3 even if he change the case on some of the letters in his password. I'm in work now, so I cannot check it myself. If this is true, a blue says it so it must be, they are DOUBLE MORONS, first to having it and second to publicly saying it.
