Fortunately i'm employed, however i also just need to stick Nalakk with my lightning stick and i'll get http://www.wowhead.com/item=95344

It has 1.4 PPM and 15s duration, which means 35% uptime of a 20% physical damage reduction, to say its OP is an understatement.
