Is archon gonna be core in most wizard builds now? It seems like cdr could be very relevant in builds outside of the archon build now with some of those changes, like meatball. |

They've started collecting data on Torment Only Legendaries dropping from the bounty caches on Dfans and regardless of difficulty it appears the chance is very low. Appears it might still be best to splitfarm for keys and then just rift, espeically since Kadala drops sets now. |

You do. No numbers were released, though i suspect it may closely follow the rift leg increase. Bottom line, do T1 split farm if you can, otherwise do normal split. The increase drop chance would have to be huge to offest the benefit of splitfarming. |
